Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, identity exploration, or major life transitions, our work together will be focused on helping you reconnect with your inner wisdom, build emotional resilience, and feel more empowered in your daily life. Through compassionate, collaborative care, you’ll gain tools to regulate emotions, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and begin to trust yourself more deeply.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be both deeply fulfilling and uniquely challenging. In couples therapy, we’ll create space for both partners to feel seen, heard, and understood. Whether you're working through communication struggles, trust issues, or life changes that have impacted your connection, therapy can support you in rebuilding closeness, clarifying boundaries, and finding new ways to show up for one another. My approach is rooted in honest dialogue, mutual respect, and emotional safety, helping you co-create a relationship that feels more aligned and intentional.

Family Therapy

Fees & Insurances

At Empowered Path Therapy, I strive to offer compassionate, quality care that’s both accessible and transparent. Below you’ll find detailed information about session fees, private pay options, insurance coverage, and sliding scale availability.

  • If you choose to pay out of pocket, the fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $150.
    Private pay allows for the highest level of privacy and flexibility in your care—no mental health diagnosis is required, and your treatment remains entirely confidential and tailored to your unique needs without limitations set by insurance companies. This option may be ideal if you:

    • Prefer to keep therapy private from your insurance records

    • Want more flexibility in the length, frequency, or type of sessions

    • Are not currently using or eligible for insurance

  • I understand that therapy is an investment, and I want it to be accessible. A sliding scale is available for clients experiencing financial hardship or with limited income. Rates are based on income and personal circumstances, and I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots.

    If cost is a concern, please reach out—we can talk about what’s manageable for you. I never want finances to be the reason someone doesn’t get the support they need.
