Walking the Path With You
Whether you’re looking for in-person therapy in Reno, NV or prefer the convenience of telehealth (available for Idaho and Nevada residents), I’m here to meet you where you’re at — literally and emotionally.
I’m Kamrynn, a therapist who believes healing happens best when you feel genuinely safe, supported, and maybe even able to laugh a little along the way. I show up as a real person in the room — no cold therapist stare here — and I bring curiosity, compassion, and a touch of humor to every session.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. Therapy with me is about exploring what’s coming up, reconnecting with your strengths, and building something meaningful together.
Modalities

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from overwhelming experiences, trauma, and distressing memories. Instead of staying stuck in the pain of the past, EMDR helps you gently move through it—so you can feel more present, more grounded, and more empowered in your everyday life. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, past trauma, or negative self-beliefs, EMDR offers a path toward lasting change and inner peace.

Healing doesn’t always happen in an office. Sometimes, it’s found in the quiet connection with a gentle animal or the calming rhythm of nature. In nature and animal-based therapy, we use the natural world and the presence of animals as part of the therapeutic process—offering a safe, nurturing environment to explore emotions, build trust, and find balance. Whether it's through mindful walks, connecting with animals, or simply being outside, this approach helps clients feel more regulated, supported, and connected—to themselves and the world around them.

Relationships thrive when we feel emotionally safe, seen, and connected. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) helps couples identify and shift the negative patterns that keep them stuck—so they can reconnect, rebuild trust, and strengthen their bond. Through this attachment-based approach, partners learn to express their needs, respond with empathy, and create a more secure, loving relationship. Whether you're navigating conflict, disconnection, or past hurt, EFT offers a path to deeper understanding and lasting emotional closeness.

Healing from trauma requires safety, compassion, and a deep respect for your lived experience. In trauma-informed therapy, we move at your pace, honoring your inner wisdom while gently working through the pain that may still be held in your body and mind. Using approaches like EMDR, parts work, and somatic awareness, we focus on creating stability, building resilience, and restoring a sense of empowerment. This work isn’t about re-living the trauma—it’s about reclaiming your story, reconnecting with yourself, and moving forward with strength and clarity.
